Our sales team member will advise you on the most suitable products for your needs and arrange an on-site meeting at your premises with one of our experienced engineers.

Survey

On-site Survey

Our experience engineer will conduct a full survey of your premises taking measurements and safety calculations in order to create the full technical drawings for your structure.

Drawn

Order Designed

From the on-site visit a full specification and quote will be produced and sent to you to be verified. If you have any questions or queries at this stage our project managers will be at hand to supply the answers.

Technical Drawings

Technical Drawings

After the specifications have been agreed and signed we will then create our technical and detailed drawings and structural calculations using CAD technology. These documents will then be used as the guide to manufacture your mezzanine floor and to obtain the necessary building regulations.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing Your Mezzanine Floor

After the approval of the technical drawings and structural calculations you mezzanine floor will start to be manufactured in one of our warehouses.

Installation

Installation

Once your mezzanine floor is manufactured our team will arrive at your premises for construction. As all of our mezzanine floor are pre-fabricated prior to erection we are able to cause minimal disruption as construction time is fast, efficient and kept to a minimum.
